Intel’s dedicated GPU officially hits the North American market next week

Intel ARC A380, the first commercial dedicated GPU is just a week away from being released in the US market.

Intel’s move into the dedicated Graphics Card market had a rough start, being called “unoptimized” and “mediocre” at best by early reviews. Regardless, it will be released on 22 August in North America. Although the Arc A380 shows promise on the power consumption front, still has a hard time competing with AMD and NVIDIA mid-range cards in terms of frames per dollar criterion.
